Come out and join your neighbors for It's My Park Day at the historic Elisabet Ney Museum! We will be working in the native landscape surrounding the Ney to remove aggressive and invasive plants and complete other projects that will improve the way the museum landscape functions. In addition to these activities, there will also be live music and food provided. 

We will have It's My Park Day t-shirts as a thank you for volunteers. There will be tools and gloves provided but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE and wear appropriate clothing (closed-toed shoes) and bring sunscreen. We'll meet at the front of the Elisabet Ney Museum (304 E 44th Street) 9am-12pm.

It’s My Park Day has brought volunteers from across Austin together to improve their local parks and build community. All projects are led by community members to encourage neighbors to come out, lend a hand and connect with fellow park lovers from all walks of life. This is a day many look forward to all year as we celebrate the people and parks that make Austin special!
